A few months ago I visited with Matt and we went over the requirements left to get his Duty to God Award. He was so close but still had some work to do. I mentioned that it would be a shame if he didn't finish it up because he was so close. Well, he did it and not a minute too soon. He had his last interview with the bishop on the day he was ordained an Elder. I must say that I was so proud yesterday when he was awarded his Duty to God award in sacrament meeting. Me made it and I couldn't be more proud! Boy, those requirements are so hard!
